Young entrepreneurs who are still in high school can choose a dual track business career, because it will allow them to pursue higher learning at a four-year college with advanced degrees in entrepreneurship.</div> <bR> <div> Many of these children will be taught entrepreneurship in preschool and continuing trough high-school. And if your business is global you will have a workforce that will known how to work within your business. A corporation will get the benefits of working and training young adults early in their business careers with the full knowledge that they may someday own their own independent business ventures. They will also have the first opportunity to convince them to stay within their business structure as intrapreneurs and if they offer franchisees they can become a future franchise. Some may even start their business ventures with the corporation (Intrapreneuring). </div> <bR> <div> Many companies have management-training program in place, we assist them in recruiting  qualified candidates to train for their future management staff. Our Business and Career Apprenticeship Program is flexible enough to use as a training  structure.
